6. Cancellation by us
In the unlikely event of a holiday being cancelled, at least 28 days notice will be given and an alternative holiday offered or a full refund made of all the money paid.
7. Independent travel
It is sometimes possible to travel by air or car e.g. to make our holiday part of an extended one. Such arrangements would be your responsibility but we would be happy to advise. An appropriate adjustment would be made to the price at the time of booking
8. Documents
Passports - A full passport is required for all holidays abroad. For holidays in USA and Canada the passport must be valid for at least six months after the end date of the holiday.
EHIC - The former E111 forms have been replaced with a new electronic medical insurance card called the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). These are issued on an individual basis as opposed to the previous E111 which was on a family basis. Remember that these cards are not an alternative to travel insurance which you will still need to ensure that you are covered for all eventualities.
9. Complaints procedure
Should you have a complaint regarding the service or facilities on the holiday please immediately advise the holiday leader, who will deal with the matter on your behalf. If you are not satisfied with the outcome please write a letter to Superb Choice Club, Beannach, Lairg, IV27 4D
10. Air Travel
Some air tickets will be obtained through an ATOL bonded Travel Agent. To be covered by the ATOL bonding all travellers must be members of the Club. See Booking Condition 4.
11. Holiday Information
The information contained in this brochure is believed to be correct at the time of going to press. An information sheet with the final holiday arrangements and instructions is issued three weeks prior to departure. Additional information is available from Greer and Moira Johnston.
12. Mobility
If you have mobility problems please choose a holiday that is compatible with your level of ability.
13. Luggage
You must be able to handle your own luggage.
