6. Cancellation by us
In the unlikely event of a holiday being cancelled, at least 28 days notice will be given, an alternative holiday offered or a full refund made of all the money paid.
7. Independent travel
It is sometimes possible to travel by air or car e.g. to make our holiday part of an extended one. Such arrangements would be your responsibility but we would be happy to advise. An appropriate adjustment would be made to the price at the time of booking.
8. Documents
A full passport is required for all holidays abroad. For holidays in the USA and Canada the passport must be valid for at least six months after the end of the holiday.
9. Complaints procedure
Should you have a complaint regarding the service or facilities on the holiday please immediately advise the holiday leader, who will deal with the matter on your behalf. If you are not satisfied with the outcome please write a letter to Superb Choice Club, Beannach, Lairg IV27 4OQ or e mail organisers@superbchoiceclub.org.uk
10. Air Travel
Some of our air tickets will be obtained through an ATOL bonded Travel Agent. To be covered by the ATOL bonding all travellers must be members of the Club. See Terms and Conditions of Booking Item 4.
11. Holiday Information
The information contained in this brochure is believed to be correct at the time of going to press. An information sheet with the final holiday arrangements and instructions is issued three weeks prior to departure. Additional information is available from
12. Families
We do not organise holidays for families as such since we do not have the facilities and expertise to run activities which many young people might expect. However, should a family wish to take part in our normal holiday activities they would be most welcome.
